Welcome to Nashville! We are happy you have chosen to review our property!
Your Nashville home features 2 large bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 with a fully equipped kitchen with coffee/coffee pod maker and every utensil you will need.
You can enjoy your meal in a spacious dining area and a cozy living room with fireplace for those get togethers before going out on the town or just to relax and watch a movie after a night out!!
You will have Wifi, 2 flat screen smart televisions to enjoy local channels, Sling TV, Netflix , Amazon and more! Or you can pull a classic movie off of our DVD shelf!
The property features a large covered parking area and is free, so there is no need to drive and pay for expensive parking downtown.
You will also have access to laundry facilities, a spacious gym for a quick workout and quaint pool overlooking the Cumberland river for you to relax and enjoy!
Exploring Nashville is just a short 1/2 mile walk down the Riverwalk Greenway just outside of the riverfront complex. There is so much to do and upon your arrival from arts, sports, entertainment venues, zoo, museums, boating, water parks, Honky tonks, Country music hall of fame, Civil war sites, presidents homes and the new convention center just to name a few.

I have lived in the Nashville area (Franklin) for over 29 years. I love downtown Nashville and middle Tennessee and I bought this condo for personal use and to share it with others so they can experience this great city. I travel all over the world and there is no better place offering everything any major world city offers (NY, LA, London) but without the crowds, traffic, and with good southern hospitality and friendliness
Why they chose this property
This property is extremely spacious and you can walk to everything with no problem. Newly remodeled and decorated in Nashville theme! Riverview off the balcony and back windows. WIFI, Smart TV (Cable, Sling TV, Netflix, youtube) and everything you will need for your stay.
What makes this property unique
Free covered parking, Located on the Greenway (which is a biking, walking large sidewalk that runs along the river directly to town so the walk is easy, Scenic, short and you don't have to cross traffic. Near all the attractions. Top Golf Sounds stadium, Broadway, Germantown, Nashville state museum in the center of it all but not all the bustle and noise.
