Ibiza finca with pool and sea views
The house is on a hill between Sant Josep and Sant Agosti. From the pool terrace you have a fantastic view down to the bay towards Sant Antonio and Cap Nunco. Especially in the evening with the lights, this is a wonderful backdrop. On one side there is a terrace under a shady tree and a brick grill. On the other side towards the south there is another terrace with beautiful old trees and magnificent bougainvilleas and a fountain.
Through the house entrance you first reach a small hallway and behind it is a large room with an open kitchen, large dining room and living room in an elevated area. To the side of the living room is a bedroom with two single beds. A large bedroom with double bed (180x190) and a shower room are on the other side of the house. The house is particularly suitable for families with two children.

Haus mit traumhafter Pool

Der Pool mit der grandiosen Aussicht ist das Highlight! Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Es war alles (ausser Bügeleisen😉) vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit den Verantwortlichen für die Vermietung verlief super. Auto ist zwingend, da das Haus sehr abgelegen liegt. Sehr grosszügiger Wohnbereich, Zimmer eher klein.
