B07 - Where Every Day Feels Like Vacation

Welcome to Villa B07, your vacation home which is just steps away from the #1 beach in the U.S. - Siesta Key Beach!
It is a comfortable villa with a master bedroom, guest bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining area, a lanai and a bath and a half. The full bath has a walk-in shower. In 2025, this unit was completely renovated as a result of damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton in September and October 2024. The kitchen has a brand-new stove, dishwasher and refrigerator with an icemaker, and a new Keurig coffee machine has been added for the convenience of our guests; there is also a Microwave oven. The master bedroom has a king-size bed while the guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen-size sofa bed in the living room if you wish to accommodate as many as 6 people. Even if there are only two of you, our unit provides more space than a one-bedroom unit and you'll find the extra half bath (off the master bedroom) a nice convenience. There is also a hot/cold shower on the outside of the unit. The lanai has a table and four chairs and provides a very comfortable "outdoor" option for eating meals or just relaxing. We also have two card table chairs which may be needed at meal time if you have more than a party of four. We have 3 smart screen TVs and our own personal WiFi that is available for our guests at no extra charge.
This villa sits midway between the beach and a very large luxurious pool within our complex, providing nice options with a very short walk to both. There are lounge chairs available for use free of charge at both the beach and the pool. You can't find a nicer beach in the U.S.
