The apartment Müritz is in the basement and has about 58 square meters, living and dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, cable TV, stereo, WiFi, south-facing terrace with direct garden access, non-smoking apartment.

In the oldest villa street of Waren / Müritz, in the immediate vicinity of the Müritz (bathing area 200m) and directly at the Müritz National Park, you will find Villa Andrea and her 5 holiday apartments.
From the garden, which has seating, a grill and deckchairs, you can directly access the national park, which invites you to bike or foot activities.
Parking spaces are available on the property; in the garden there is a lockable bicycle shed with the possibility to charge batteries for your e-bikes.
The wood-burning sauna in the wooden house will be available again from 2020. Washer and dryer for free use are available in the basement of Villa Andrea.
