The space
Welcome to 'Serendipity by the Sea!'
Located in the ultra-desirable neighborhood of Greenway Park in Eastern Lake/Seagrove Beach, nestled between the neighboring towns of Seacrest and Seaside and WaterColor (2 miles to the west on 30A), this magnificent vacation home has the perfect mix of comfort and convenience!
Step inside through the welcoming front porch and into a light-filled entryway with soaring ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors. The living room is warm and inviting, offering plenty of comfortable seating and large windows that flood the space with natural light. Just beyond the living room, the gourmet kitchen features a gas stove, a large apron sink, marble countertops, and island seating. The dining room extends off the kitchen, complete with a lovely oval table.
Also on the first floor is a half bathroom, along with a King bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a shower/tub combination.
Step out to the backyard to find an expansive covered patio with a huge outdoor kitchen, comfortable lounge seating, an outdoor dining table, plus bar seating for four. Just past, a cozy fire pit surrounded by string lights is the perfect spot for evenings under the stars! There's also an outdoor shower along the side of the house for rinsing off after the beach.
Traveling up to the second floor, you'll find the laundry room as well as the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a King bed, a separate attached office space with a desk and chair, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The next bedroom has a Queen bed and private balcony, and the last bedroom is a bunk room with one Twin-over-Twin bunk bed. Both of these rooms share the hallway bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower.
Just outside the neighborhood gates, Greenway Station offers coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques, plus Seaside is only a short LSV/golf cart or bike ride away for more shopping, dining, and entertainment!
Guests will also enjoy access to the Greenway Park community amenities, including a community pool which is just down the street.

Guest access
There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. No street parking is permitted inside the neighborhood.
Guests will have access to the Greenway Park community pool, just a short walk away.
Other things to note
Pool heating can be requested for a cost of $40 per day ($60 per day from January 1 to February 28). A minimum of 4 days of heating beginning on a Monday or Friday is required as those are the only days the community has pool service in the winter months. You are required to give us a week's advance notice if you want the community pool heated so we can coordinate.
The pool is heated at no additional charge on the following dates by the neighborhood:
- November 28 - December 3
- December 20 - January 7
- March 7 - March 25
-Beach towels and toys are not allowed to be left on the front porches of homes in this neighborhood.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. Any bushes / foliage on the property driven over by cars and/or the LSV/golf cart will be charged to renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
