All rooms feature a modern flat-screen TV, radio, desk, Wi-Fi, telephone, and a bathroom with a shower/toilet, hair dryer, and toiletries.



The hotel is located on the outskirts of Zittau, just a 10-minute walk from city centre. The hotel opened in 2016. The most recent renovations were completed in spring 2021.
Free parking for cars and buses; free garage for bicycles and motorcycles. Electric car charging stations available. Reception desk staffed by friendly personnel who speak fluent English, French, and Italian. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Extensive breakfast buffet with a wide selection of high-quality organic products. The breakfast buffet is available from early morning until 11:00 a.m.; room service is available upon request.
At our restaurant, La Dolce Vita—an authentic Italian restaurant—you can enjoy Italian and regional specialities. The dishes are freshly prepared, and the restaurant serves lunch and dinner.



On-site charges: Payment upon arrival; 10% discount for stays of 5 nights or more. Children ages 0–2 stay free (in their parents’ bed). Cot (up to age 2) €10.00 per night. Pet €10.00 per night.00; free garage for motorcycles and bicycles; minimum stay of 2 nights during Easter and New Year’s Eve.
