Gut

Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Teppiche im Eingangsbereich sollten gelegentlich ausgewechselt werden. Der Garten und der Sitzplatz ist durch die vielen Bäume sehr schattig und der Rasen stets voll Laub. Auch der Pool wirkt etwas ungepflegt mit der defekten Abdeckung. Während den 2 Wochen wurde der Pool und der Garten nur einmal gereinigt. Ansonsten können wir das Haus gerne weiter empfehlen.

Tolle Lage, tolles Haus

Das Haus liegt in Fuente de Gallo im Norden von Conil in direkter Nähe zum Strand. Beim Pool handelt es sich, anders als beschrieben, nicht um einen Salzwasserpool, sondern um einen gechlorten Süßwasserpool. Das Haus ist aufgrund der kleinen Fenster von innen sehr dunkel, was im Sommer aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlage aber vorteilhaft sein dürfte (Ventilatoren waren vorhanden). Alles was benötigt wurde war Im Haus vorhanden. Am Abreisetag konnten wir nach vorheriger Rücksprache mit Casa de la Luz problemlos einen Late-Check- out machen. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir würden den Vermieter und das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Buena ubicación

Cosas positivas: Buena ubicación, está cerca de la playa. Hemos estado 4 personas, el tamaño ha sido perfecto. La resolución de cosas que surgieron, la inmobiliaria lo solucionó muy rápido. Lo negativo: La cuberteria y vasos escasos. La televisión muy pequeña. Nos coincidió con las obras de la casa de al lado, por lo que tuvimos que soportar demasiados ruidos. Pero recomendable, para repetir.

Hola Julia, Muchas gracis por tomarse el tiempo para evaluar su estancia. Nos alegra que hayan estado a gusto en el chalet. Ojalá hubiesen mencionado la escasez de cubertería al principio de su estancia, porque hay repuesto de sobra. Debido a las normativas impuestas por Sanidad desde el principio de la pandemia, hemos dejado solamente lo justo y hemos guardado el resto. Vamos a proponer a la propietaria que ponga un televisor más grande. Sentimos mucho que hayan tenido que soportar ruidos. Lamentablemente los vecinos no nos informan de antemano de las obras, así que no lo sabíamos. Esperamos volver a darles la bienvenida en Conil en un futuro próximo. Sehr erholsam

Die Abwicklung mit Casa de la Luz war reibungslos. Wunderschönes Gartengrundstück mit 6 Liegen. Der Pool dürfte eher größer als 8x4 m sein. Wegen der kleinen Fenster ist das Haus von innen eher dunkel, also eher etwas für Schönwetterperioden, in denen man sich draußen aufhält. Eine regendichte Terrassenüberdachung wäre wünschenswert. Ansonsten alles sehr gepflegt und sauber !

Gut!

Die Lage des Hauses ist phantastisch, es liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Strand. Es befindet sich etwas außerhalb Conils in einem gewachsenen Gebiet mit Einfamilienhäusern. Die Haus war einwandfrei sauber, der Gärtner kam 3 Mal, um den Pool zu säubern (Blätter) und den Rasen zu schneiden. Die Küche ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, ebenso die Spülmaschine. Das war aber nicht weiter störend. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus gerne weiter!

Toller Pool

Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Die Inneneinrichtung ist schlicht aber angemessen, es mangelt etwas an bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten zum Essen. Für sechs Personen ist dieses Haus definitiv zu klein,es sei denn es handelt sich um eine Familie mit Kindern, da es nur zwei seperate Schlafzimmer gibt. Der Pool wurde in zwei Wochen zweimal gereinigt, was grenzwertig war da sehr viel Laub hineinwehte. Denoch war der Salzwasserpool ansonsten ein echter Gewinn für dieses Haus. Auch der Garten mit sechs Liegen sehr angenehm mit Grill und ausreichend Schattenplätzen. Alles in Allen kein Luxus aber ein schönes Plätzchen zum erholen.
