The Space:

We are renting our little paradise while we are traveling away ... Our dream Nest becomes yours' !

Step inside this waterfront villa and discover a haven of comfort and style. The villa features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for ultimate relaxation. The first bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed, providing a restful retreat. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. Both bedrooms are designed with room-darkening shades for a peaceful ambiance. The villa also includes two full bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.. Enjoy the Florida sunshine and the waterfront views from the backyard , complete with outdoor seating. The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities you need, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. Additional amenities include a private pool, BBQ grill.



Please also note that we keep our boat docked at the property. On occasion, our captain may need brief, discreet access through the side of the house solely to pick up or return the boat. This is a quick, non-intrusive visit and we will always notify you in advance whenever a booking is scheduled. The boat is also available for rent at a preferred rate for guests who are interested — just reach out and we'll be happy to arrange it!

Yet despite being centrally located, the neighborhood has a remarkably serene quality, where the lush surroundings and stunning waterfront setting make it easy to forget you're in the middle of the city. Safe, charming, and full of character, Victoria Park is the kind of place guests fall in love with the moment they arrive.

Please note that this rental comes with two simple conditions.

-First, our cat Bubble lives on the property and guests are required to feed him during their stay — food will be left for you and he is mostly outdoors, so it's minimal effort.

-Second, our boat is docked at the property and our captain may occasionally need brief, discreet access through the side of the house to pick up or return it. We will always notify you in advance. We appreciate your understanding and want to ensure a smooth, enjoyable stay for everyone!
