I shared this home with 4 co-workers during a market blitz we were doing leading to Labor Day and the house was perfect for what we needed. No issues with anything and the owner and manager were super responsive during our visit. Sadly we did not get to make use of many of the amenities, but we did use the kitchen and laundry room. I would recommend for multi-family or larger families. Close to beaches and only about 30-40 minutes from Tampa airport.
