- The Bedrooms & Casita: Every one of the 9 roomy suites boasts its own private balcony or terrace opening up to inspiring ocean views. The flexible bedding configuration features luxurious King beds across the primary suites and a standalone Casita equipped with 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed.

- Wellness & Conveniences: Keep up with your routines at the private, ocean-view fitness center, pamper yourself in the fully equipped on-site beauty salon, or stream your favorite shows on any of the 8 smart TVs equipped with satellite and Netflix capabilities. Additional Information:



- Booking & Age Requirements: To ensure a relaxed and responsible stay, all groups must have at least one member who is 30 years of age or older to serve as the primary signing renter.

- Strict No-Smoking Policy: To preserve the pristine condition of the estate, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Violation of this policy carries a $500 USD penalty.

- Pets & Events: To protect the high-end finishes of the home, pets are not permitted on-site. Elite gatherings and special events may be allowed, but are strictly subject to prior request and approval.

- Taxes: Please note that listed luxury rental rates are subject to an additional 16% VAT and a 4% Lodging Tax.
