Totally remodeled in 2014!!! Walk into this oceanfront 2 story home in Hollywood Beach. First floor: First floor has master suite facing oceanfront with king bed sleeping 2ppl, flat screen 43" TV with DVD player. First floor bedroom #2 facing oceanfront with king bed sleeping 2ppl, with a 43" flat screen tv. Both downstairs rooms have access to oceanfront patio and beach. Patio has two lounge chairs for lying out and patio table for four. Second floor: Living room facing ocean, with large windows to take in the beautiful sunsets, has a flat screen 60” TV, lots of games & books for family fun nights. Kitchen is fully stocked for 12ppl, with desk area to check your emails. Home includes WIFI. Gas BBQ located on upstairs balcony. Second floor bedroom #3 facing street has a queen bed and trundle bed sleeping 4ppl, with TV. Second floor bedroom #4 has queen bed and bunk bed sleeping 4 ppl, with TV. **All reservation, 30 nights and longer, MUST be booked over the phone. Any reservations for 30 nights or longer may be subject to price change**

We had no issues with the home itself. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by the neighbors who share a wall with the property. On one occasion, they told us to “shut up” while we were simply talking outside, and another time they came out and tried to intimidate us with unfriendly looks and their angry behavior made us feel very uncomfortable.We were a group of 10, including 4 children ages 8–14. While it’s possible we could have been quieter coming and going, we were not excessively loud. It may be helpful for future guests if a noise monitor and/or outdoor cameras were in place to avoid any potential misunderstandings with neighbors.

Amazing house - Gorgeous beach

We came from LA looking to get out of the craziness. We had no idea that Hollywood Beach existed before our Booking and we were blown away With the beauty and expansiveness of the beach . The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We definitely will want to return.

Summer Weekend getaway

My friends/family and I grew up camping just north of Hollywood Beach at McGrath campground. Unfortunately, due to flooding, the park has been closed for 10 years. We have turned our summer camping trips into beach house rentals in Oxnard. We highly enjoyed our stay at Mollies by the Sea. As always, the neighborhood is safe, secure and full of friendly local residents. The house was incredible as well. Very easy check in/check out procedures and plenty of room for the small group we had. We always like bouncing around and trying new homes but we would rent this one again without a doubt!
