Eine FeWo direkt an viel befahrener Straße (Durchgangsstraße zu den Talstationen von zwei Bergbahnen, Imberg und Hochgrat), direkt gegenüber Dorfgeschäft.Das Einzimmerappartement war ansprechend eingerichtet.Beanstandungen: - Router direkt neben Bettkopfteil- Kücheneinrichtung schlicht- Balkon wegen Verkehrslärms nicht ansprechend (nachts von 23.00-6.00 Uhr ruhig.)Vorteil: - Guter Ausgangspunkt für Bergtouren.

Es tut mir außerordentlich Leid, dass Sie weder die Beschreibung noch die aussagekräftigen Bilder der Fewo aufgrund Ihrer äußerst spontanen Buchung augenscheinlich nicht berücksichtigt haben. Zudem musste leider nach Auszug festgestellt werden, dass die Wohnung in einem unverhältnismäßigen Zustand hinterlassen wurde. Aufgrund unsachgemäßer Handhabung eines Küchengerätes (Kaffeemaschine Neubeschaffung 06/2026) und dem daraus resultierenden Defektes muss diese nunmehr ersetzt werden.

Optimale Unterkunft

Die Lage der Wohnung mitten im Ort ist optimal. Lokale in der Nähe, Einkaufmöglichkeit über die Straße. Der Oberstaufenpass + rundet die Sache ab und schützt vor nicht bedachten Kosten für Liftfahrten und hat zusätzliche Features. Bettzeug, Handtücher und sonstige Zusatzkosten fallen nicht an, da enthalten. Die Einweisung durch den Vermieter ist optimal, einschl. der Begehung der einzelnen Komponenten. Wir können nur Positives über die gemietete Wohnung einschl. der Anmietung und aller Formalitäten sagen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft an alle Urlaubssuchenden. Mit freundlichem Gruß Lothar N
