Please note: This is a self-contained basement suite with its own private entrance through the main floor. Once inside, the unit features a secure lock system, giving you complete privacy and peace of mind throughout your stay. Despite being a lower-level unit, you'll enjoy the same quiet, peaceful atmosphere that makes this corner of Oshawa so special—all while staying just 5 minutes from major shopping, groceries, banking, and everyday conveniences!
