Quiet villa with 3 separate apartments and a wonderful panoramic view. The villa is located in a beautiful and quiet environment in a large garden. Enjoy the soft sound of the sea, which you can hear and see from your bed.
Villa Takis is located above the PELEKAS beach, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in CORFU. 1 km from PELEKAS village and 13 km from KORFU town. Located on the west coast, the villa overlooks the Ionian Sea. Villa Takis is located on a beautiful hillside in the middle of a shady cypress and olive grove. Down to the PELEKAS beach there is about 100 m footpath.
Approximately 35 sqm. For 2 people plus a child.

Wunderbarer Blick auf die Bucht von Pelekas
Das Tiny-House lebt von seiner Lage und dem Blick von der Terrasse. Leider war die Angabe hinsichtlich der Größe irreführend. Der Innenraum hat weniger als 20 qm.Die Ausstattung von Badezimmer und Küche müsste mal erneuert bzw. ergänzt werden. Aufgrund dieser Einschränkungen stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

Lage Meerblick
Die Lage ist bezaubernd. Auch die Lage als Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Wir haben die Ruhe und das Individuelle genossen.
Im Ort Pelekas können wir das Restaurant Alexandros empfehlen. Der Ausblick von Kaisers Thorn ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen.
Der Strand ist sehr schön und fussläufig erreichbar. Sogar ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe.
Am Strand sind Bars auch vorhanden.
