About this property

Idyllic old farm in beautiful nature

Our farm "Strandgården" is located on the Danish island of Lolland in the picturesque corner of Guldborgland, with many beautiful old castles and manors, directly in the nature reserve Kalløgrå.

This old romantic farm has room for 8 people. Bird life and a breathtaking sunset can be enjoyed directly from the terrace. It is 6 km to the next larger town of Sakskøbing, and only 2 km away from our farm in Oreby is one of Lolland's most beautiful manor houses and restaurants, which is a "must" especially for gourmets. In addition, you can enjoy wonderful walks along the water or in the forest.

A trip to Knuthenborg Safari Park is highly recommended. On about 400 hectares you get both a great animal and nature experience.

Only 16 km away you will find the Maribo Lakes, which are located in an area of large lowlands, which were created by the last Ice Age.

Even a golfer will feel very comfortable here on the golf course in Maribo. The course is built with 2 loops of 9 holes and is located in a slightly hilly area around the beautiful Maribo Søndersø.

Finally, those interested in art can get their money's worth in Toreby. The Fuglesang Kustmuseum is the oldest art museum in the country with an important collection of Danish art from 1780 to 1980.

Schöner Bauernhof

Aufenthalt war super. Schön eingerichteter Bauernhof alles sauber. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Es ist sehr abgelegen für Leute aus der Großstadt raus zukommen ideal. Preis Leistung ist unschlagbar.

Kleinod der Ruhe - absolut empfehlenswert

Wir (2 Familien mit insg. 5 Kindern) hatten eine wunderbar entspannte Zeit dort. Das alte Anwesen wurde mit viel Liebe und Herzblut renoviert. Wenn man Ruhe und Stille sucht, ist man dort genau richtig. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge oder Ausflüge per Pkw zum nächsten Highlight wie Knuthenborg Safaripark - oder bis zum nächsten größeren Bahnhof (Nykobing Falster), um etwa einen Tagesausflug per Zug nach Kopenhagen zu unternehmen. Der Strand ist nicht badetauglich und man kann dort auch nicht gut entlangspazieren, dafür gibt es gleich um die Ecke ein Vogelreservat. Unbedingt erwähnenswert ist die absolute Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberfamilie, die uns aus der Patsche half, als unser Auto einer zeitnahen Reparatur bedurfte. Man hatte alle Hebel für uns in Bewegung gesetzt, so dass wir glücklicherweise (oder leider ;-)) rechtzeitig unsere Heimreise antreten konnten.

Super schöner Bauernhof

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Das alte Bauernhaus ist super schön und genauso wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben wird! Es ist perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern. Wir waren mit einer weiteren Familie dort und wie Kleinen haben es dort geliebt! Wir wurden super nett empfangen und über den Hof geführt! Vorab war Daniel schon darum bemüht uns alles so entspannt wie möglich zu gestalten! Top GastgeberIn! Wir haben uns von vorne bis hinten wohl gefühlt :-)

Traumurlaub in Dänemark

Wir waren für eine Woche mit zwei Kindern und Freunden auf dem Hof und ich kann ihn nur wärmstens empfehlen! Daniel hat uns bei der Begrüßung auch eine Führung gegeben. Das Haus ist super schön! Es ist soo stilvoll und mit höchster Qualität eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr großzügig ausgestattet und insgesamt hat man sehr viel Platz. Wir haben die verschiedenen Terrassen ausgiebig benutzt und am Abends die Feuerschale angeworfen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, mitten in der Natur, aber viele Ausflugsziele und Strände sind leicht zu erreichen. Daniel war immer sofort zu erreichen und ist super lieb. Wir wollen unbedingt wieder kommen, vielen Dank für alles!

Sehr gemütliche und saubere FeWo in toller ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit vier Erwachsenen und drei Kindern. Die Begrüßung war schon außergewöhnlich mit einer kleinen Führung über den Hof, Kuchen & Kaffee auf dem Tisch und brennendem Kamin! Es war also sofort gemütlich und wir haben uns die ganze Zeit wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren immer ansprechbar bei Fragen und Tipps zur Umgebung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit Blick auf das Meer, Felder und Windräder. In direkter Nähe ist zwar nur ein Kiesstrand, aber es gibt schöne Strände in der Umgebung. Für Familien und Paare gleichermaßen zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank nochmal an Daniel und Tina!
