Are you looking for a quiet place to spend your vacation away from crowds? Are you looking forward to relaxing and hiking in the green Sauerland?
The cozy holiday apartment 'Emmy' is located in the village of Züschen, a district of Winterberg. The 'Emmy' apartment is on the ground floor and has its own separate entrance.

Our 'Emmy' is perfect for 2 people but can host up to 4 people.
The apartment very modern and has all the amenities you might need during your stay.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, such as a stove, oven, coffee maker, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle.

From the living room you have a wonderful, unspoiled view of the mountains.
You can enjoy the beautiful view from the comfortable sofa while you have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening or just watch TV.
On sunny and rainy days, as well as on warm evenings, you can relax on the balcony, eat or drink something. You can also have a barbecue (with an electric grill available for you) while enjoying the beautiful green mountain views.

The 'Emmy' apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed.
The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed suitable for two people.
A cot and high chair for a small guest can be provided free of charge.

Bathroom with shower.

There is a free parking space in front of the house for your car.

You can reach us by phone during your stay.

Endless beautiful opportunities for hiking and mountain biking on your doorstep.

Dogs are welcome.

The place to be in Sauerland!

We had a great time in Appartment Emmy! What a lovely spot, in a quiet neighborhood with a fantastic view up the hill. Lots of things to do, to see, and ideal for walking. The check-in was easy. When we had some problems with WIFI the first day, it was fixed easily with the owners! So.... the place to be !

Einfach schön

Die Ferienwohnung hat einen super schönen Ausblick. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Von der Wohnung aus kann man in alle Richtungen starten um schön wandern zu gehen. Auch für Hundehalter bestens geeignet, da man in der dunklen Jahreszeit auch abends mal eine Runde drehen kann, da die Strassen der Umgebung beleuchtet sind. Die Wohngegend ist sehr schön und ruhig. Die richtige Wohnung um sich zu erholen 😊👍. Es hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Yvonne, Enrico & Boxer Jagger.

Wundervolle Aussicht

Eine zauberhafte kleine Wohnung mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist für 2 Leute perfekt, für 3 Personen aber auch völlig ausreichend. Das Highlight ist der Balkon mit Aussicht auf Feld und Wald. Jederzeit wieder.
