in the center of Straßbessenbach.
The maisonette apartment offers ample space for 1 - 2 people.
From here you can easily walk (Spessart in front of the door),
by bike (without mountains to Aschaffenburg and the Main about 10 km),
as well as by public transport (bus every 30 min.)
and explore the region by car (Autobahn connection A3 2 km).

Apartment with a total living area of 75m² over 2 1/2 floors in a converted barn with separate entrance and exit to the small garden.
Non smoking apartment, no pets, not barrier-free, not suitable for small children (because stairs are over 2 1/2 floors). Located in the center of Straßbessenbach.

Kitchen: open to the living area, with induction cooker with 4 plates and oven, microwave with grill, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with *** freezer, toaster and dining table with 4 chairs.

Living room: open to the kitchen, with corner sofa, HD TV with DVB-S / T, DVD, radio receiver with CD.

Bathroom: with comfort shower (no bathtub), sink and toilet.

Bedroom: with a large double bed (180 x 200).

Small terrace: on the garden side with a small table and 2 chairs, barbecue facilities

Bicycles can be borrowed (also on a daily basis; € 5 per day and € 20 per week).
