Appartamento 20 - Theater Home, with pool and marvellous lake view

The apartment 20 is located in a small residence consisting of 20 apartments located in Tignale (Olzano) and offers a wonderful view of the lake. From the two balconies, from the garden and from the beautiful swimming pool (about 30 square meters) you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains.

A few minutes’ walk you reach the charming centre of Gardola where there are romantic alleys and several shops that accompany a pleasant walk. You will also find various shops, a petrol station, a pharmacy, a doctor's office and also some bars, restaurants, pizzerias, oil mills, etc. A few minutes by car or shuttle bus (free for our customers) you reach the well-equipped beach "Pra de la Fam".

The apartment, located on the first floor, is a 45 square meter studio that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Inside there is a living room with kitchenette and couch, one balcony with lake view and one with mountain view, bathroom with shower and mezzanine with double bed and two single beds. The comforts of the apartment include a kitchen with 4 burners and an aspirator, a fridge, a freezer, a German coffee maker, a microwave, a kettle, a dishwasher, satellite TV, umbrella and deckchair. A private parking space and swimming pool are shared with the rest of the residence.



Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, they have an extra cost of € 5,00 per person for towels and € 8,00 per person for bed linen.



Soap, oil, salt, pepper are not available in the apartment.



Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 500 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.



On the day of arrival, our guests receive two discount cards (TIGNALE CARD and REBOMA CARD) which enables them to receive various discounts, for example:

Tolles Apartment mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Gardasee. Außerdem gibt es noch einen Pool und sogar einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Perfekt Vielleicht ein bisschen mehr Platz für Kleidung. Eine Kleiderstange mit Bügeln wäre völlig ausreichend.

Die Lage ist einfach Traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sehr schön ausgestattet. Alles super, auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen einige Kleinigkeiten sollten repariert werden. Toaster, Kühlschrankfach, Mückengitter am Fenster über dem Bett. Alles nicht schlimm, hat unseren Urlaub verringert. Und eine Waschmaschine wäre TOP

Neuer Eindruck vom Gardasee

Wie beschrieben, ist die Ferienwohnung Teil einer kleinen Anlage, im Obergeschoß gelegen. Es ist fast alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt: lediglich ein (kleiner) Kleiderschrank wäre hilfreich . Sonnenliegen oder -stühle fehlen gänzlich, es ist auch sehr wenig bis kein Platz am Pool für alle Gäste der Anlage. Die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage ist eine fahrdynamische Herausforderung, ebenfalls die Ausfahrt. Der Abstand der Stützen zwischen den Parkplätzen ist knapp bemessen.Die Lage der Anlage ermöglicht einen grandiosen Blick auf den Gardasee, den kannten wir von uren Besuchen auf der anderen Uferseite so nicht.

Uns hat der gigantische Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See und die Bergwelt besonders gefallen. Der Ort ist gemütlich und besitzt einige Restaurants. Es gibt spannende Wanderwege und viel zu entdecken.

Der schönste Seeblick in Tignale

Die Landschaft, die Sportmöglichkeiten für Radfahren und Wandern, die netten Menschen in Tignale. Tignale hat einfach Charme. Wir kommen seit 13 Jahren 2x im Jahr und genießen alles. In der Wohnung fehlen nach wie vor ein Liegestuhl und ein richtiger Wäscheständer. Durch Ritzen im Gebälk des Daches fallen Ameisen. Das muss abgedichtet werden.

Der schönste Seeblick

Tignale ist unsere 2. Heimat geworden. Die Residenz Mirena ist für uns genau richtig. Etwas abseits vom Zentrum, aber trotzdem alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Tiefgarage bietet Sicherheit für Auto und Räder. Für Paare genau richtig. Mit Kindern sind die Wohnungen etwas klein. In der Wohnung Nr. 20 fehlt ein Wäscheständer. Der kleine Hänger ist viel zu klein. Die Tür des Gefrierfaches ist immer noch kaputt. Ansonsten alles bestens.
