The vacation home in which this cozy semi-detached house is located is situated roughly in the geographic center of all of Wustrow’s major attractions. The pier, town center, church, Bodden harbor, and, of course, the Baltic Sea beach are all just a few minutes’ walk away. Despite this great location, the property is set back from any through traffic.

The atmosphere inside the semi-detached home can be described as bright, modern, and uncluttered. For social gatherings during your vacation, you’ll find space at the large dining table right in front of the well-equipped kitchenette, in the sofa nook in front of the built-in French fireplace, or, of course, on the southwestern-facing terrace, which is bathed in plenty of sunshine.

The three bedrooms on the upper floor of the house consist of two double bedrooms and one bedroom with a bunk bed that can be used as a single bed or as two separate beds. This means the semi-detached house can accommodate up to six people.
The modern, bright blue bathroom is equipped with a great rain shower.
