House is located in a quiet neighborhood, allowing for nice walks away from any cars. It is a quick drive to the beach and restaurants. The house is on the older side but with recent upgrades. Pool is great and putting green a nice bonus for some added fun. Communication with host was easy and Erik is very responsive.

The house was clean and matched the pictures. Pots, pans, and silverware need to be updated.
