Please place all soiled towels in laundry bags. Turn off all stove, fire pits, and lights. Lock all doors and windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours: 9 PM – 9 AM. No parties, smoking/vaping/drugs. Complaints will result in early termination of your stay without refund.
Please clean BBQ, griddle, and utensils after each use. Only use water and paper towels to clean griddle, do not use any solutions.
NO lifeguard on duty. Swim at their own risk. Must have adult supervision of kids at ALL times. NO diving or running. NO food or glassware in pool.
