Pool & Patio:



• Pool heat is included and runs on an automatic schedule

• Please keep safety latches closed when not in use

• No glass outside or near the pool (resort safety regulation)

• Children must be supervised at all times



Guests & Visitors:



• Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight

• Visitors allowed with prior approval

• No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (community enforced)



Parking:

• Driveway parking for 2–3 vehicles

• No RVs, trailers, buses, or commercial vehicles (HOA rule)

• Street parking availability varies by time and day



Cleanliness & Care:

• Excessive cleaning fees may apply if the home is left in poor condition beyond normal use

Security & Safety:

• Smart lock access code changes between guests

• Tampering with exterior cameras or Wi-Fi systems is prohibited and will result in removal from the property
