Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
We require guests to maintain tidiness and dispose of trash properly in the designated bins outside.
PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. Grill must also be cleaned prior to departure.
AC temperature must be turned up to 78 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Additional day guests must be pre-approved and an event fee might be added.
A maximum of 4 cars can be allowed on the property.
