Holiday house Schwalbennest

Our house is located on a 900 mÂČ plot. It is only a 3-minute walk to the water. The garden with its barbecue area offers plenty of privacy and space for children and pets. Shops can be reached by bike. Two bicycles, a motor boat and a kayak are available free of charge. The house is located in Suhrendorf on the island of Ummanz. The island lies between the islands of RĂŒgen and Hiddensee in the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. Suhrendorf is one of the most popular kite and windsurfing spots in the region. The huge standing area offers you the best shallow water conditions and is one of the largest in Germany. The panoramic view of the neighboring island of Hiddensee is of course free of charge.

Holiday house Schwalbennest:
Small cozy reed roof house (approx. 50 mÂČ) with a living room and two bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds). The living room is equipped with a fireplace, TV, couch and dining table.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Mooi huisje, inrichting is compleet en netjes. Wel veel muggen in deze tijd, neem een anti-insectenspray mee. Bedden lagen goed. Mooi gelegen. We hebben RĂŒgen vanuit hier verkent met de fiets en gewandeld.

Schöne Gegend, Haus nicht fĂŒr Kinder geeignet

Der Check In ließ sich fĂŒr die derzeitige Situation netterweise komplett kontaktlos erledigen. Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Buchung lagen keine Bewertungen des Objekts vor und vom derzeitigen Hinweis "Kinder verboten" keine Spur! Der fehlende Treppenabsatz im Obergeschoss ist auf keinem der Bilder zu sehen. Zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern gĂ€hnt ein tiefes Loch, in das man bei Unachtsamkeit die Treppe herunterstĂŒrzt. Was auch immer dieses Jahr im Haus saniert wurde, es lĂ€sst sich leider nicht finden. Vor allem der Schwarzschimmel im Bad und die Ă€ußerst widerliche ToilettenbĂŒrste hatten keinen Schimmer davon. Die KĂŒche ist sehr einfach gestaltet, alt, wackelige Wandregale,.. Kabelsalat diverser Mehrfachsteckdosen im Wohnbereich, offenes Regal mit diversem TĂŒten, Putz- und Kerzenkram im Eingangsbereich,... Die ZwischendeckendĂ€mmung bröselt den ganzen Tag ins Wohnzimmer.. Das wichtigste ist wohl die MĂŒlltrennung. DafĂŒr war alles ausreichend vorhanden. FĂŒr die, die es brauchen: es gibt am Ort NULL Internetempfang. Auch das WLAN des nĂ€chstgelegenen Campingplatzes lĂ€sst sich IM Haus nicht nutzen. FĂŒr 5€ die Woche steht man VOR der TĂŒr ;-))! Nichtsdestotrotz lĂ€sst sich das Meer in wenigen Gehminuten erreichen, wobei der inserierte Meerblick NICHT möglich ist. Auch der Garten ist wirklich sehr schön, man kann in völliger Ruhe seinen Urlaub genießen. Die Gegend hat im Umkreis von 1-2 Autostunden vor allem fĂŒr Kinder viele schöne Ausflugsziele und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Leider reagierte der Vermieter nicht auf unsere BemĂ€ngelungen am Objekt.
