We are frequent VRBO customers, and this property was one of our favorites.Accommodations were spacious, and the pool was resort quality. We had a large group, and it fit our needs perfectly. Putting green, pool, table and shuffleboard, were a nice touch for entertainment. Host was one of the best, we have dealt with, from check in to check out taught us abour the property and was absolutely quick to respond to any and all questions. We will most definitely stay here again. Awesome place.

Place was fabulous. Very clean and well maintained, and the perfect size and layout for two families. Also very well situated locationally. Note that the check in and check out times are very strict, basically to the minute.

Thank you for your review! I am glad you liked the house and location! It is Spring break and the house is fully booked. Check-in and check-out times are according to the house rules and you were aware of these times! I do try to make it possible, but with such a tight schedule it is difficult. My priority is to have the house ready for you in perfect condition and most important clean! I am glad you had exactly this experience and hope you will keep this in mind when thinking of your stay at Paradise Palm Villa!;)

This VRBO is somehow even better in person! Fully equipped for the whole family - we stayed for a week and truly didn’t want to leave the house. The pool, putt putt course, bikes, and fully equipped kitchen were perfect for our whole family including three kids ages 5 and under. Birgit is an incredibly timely and accommodating host. 10/10 recommend this place!

This house was awesome! It was just as advertised on VRBO! It was very clean and had a great layout for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with any kitchen utensils, cookware or gadgets you would need. Also nice to have 2 big washers and dryers to help keep up with the towels. The pool, hot tub, putting green and landscape were gorgeous and made for a fun vacation! We would definitely stay here again if it works with our schedule. We have rented a house in the Vanderbilt Beach area the last 6 years and this was our favorite by far!

How could we even put into words how absolutely incredible this home rental is!? From the moment you walk in you truly feel like you’re in your own gorgeous world! Birgit, the host, has not spared any expense to make this place special. The house is spacious, well stocked beyond belief, and simply feels like home. She was so, very helpful with any question we had- as was the house manager! And I cannot forget the backyard… WOW!!! The pool, the furniture, and the little putt-putt course was out of this world! We will be back!! Thank you, Birgit for having us!!

This home is like a small resort. Beautiful outdoor space with putting green and pool/ hot tub. House has everything you need, the host has thought of everything to make stay comfortable. Host provided towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for beach days. Bikes were great as well. The host was easy to get ahold of if we had any questions. Only issue we had was on two cooler days we could not get the hot tub to heat up very high. The host did compensate us by having us not pay for cribs and high chairs. Will definitely rebook in the future.

This was the most amazing place to stay in Naples! The house is fantastic - lots of luxurious space and high-end amenities. It is a great location (close to the beach, zoo, botanical gardens, golf, shops, and restaurants). Our family enjoyed the bikes, the game room and the putting greens (to which we added obstacles to make greater challenges throughout the week). We had movie night, played shuffleboard and pool, and enjoyed the fire pit. You couldn't ask for more! The pool is the star of the property. It was kept warm, and the spa was a great treat. The host provided so many towels (and they dried quickly in the dryers!). Pool toys provided. Our hosts were fantastic, checking in to be sure the pool was warm enough and that we had all we needed.A truly relaxing and fun vacation. If I could give it more stars, I would. Thank you!

Beautiful home within walking distance of the beach with all the bells and whistles!

Beautiful, clean, and very modern home and property. It was spacious and provided more than enough room for our family. The outside (pool, fire pit, and putting green) was resort-like and very private.

North Naples oasis

Birgit's home was spotless and well set up with everything needed for a wonderful stay. The yard and pool were welcoming and peaceful to return to after car excursions. Instructions were clear for codes, etc. and there was lots of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels for beach and pool. Birgit was a very responsive host and we had a lovely time!
