I have always loved science and holistic medicine. I'm never home because I'm a workaholic. I am a big vegetable lover and a low-carb person. My favorite vegetables are grilled Brussels sprouts. I love Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Farmers Market, and mom-and-pop nutritional stores. I watch very little television. I love food and travel documentaries. Anthony Bourdain is my favorite food /travel history show. I have a small dog whom I have spoiled rotten. Maybe because I have no children of my own. I think '70s and '80s music is the best. My favorite time of the day is early morning when everyone and everything is still asleep. I have been trying to learn Spanish for 20 years now and still have not perfected it yet. Practice makes perfect! I'm also an international traveler (Brazil, China, Japan, South Africa, Turkey, Jamaica, Kenya, Hawaii, Alaska, etc). One day, I plan to write a book about my life story, one day!
