Just a little over a block to the beach, this charming 3 bedrm, 1.5 bath single family home sleeps 8. The first floor has an open floor plan with a living room w/ large flat screen TV, dining (seating 8) and fully stocked kitchen. There is a queen bedroom on the 1st floor with a full hall bath with a walk in shower. Laundry room is also on this floor with a full size washer and dryer and a back door to the rear yard and roomy outside shower. Two very spacious bedrooms on the second floor, one with 2 queen beds and the other with 2 fulls. Both bedrooms share a hall 1/2 bath with double vanity. Fabulous deck witha gas grill and furniture for dining al fresco or just lounging. Outside table seats 6 with 2 large umbrellas if you desire some shade. Huge back yard for playing frisbee, horseshoes, kickball or just tossing a football around. 1/2 block to Stone Harbor Recreation facilities, tennis, basketball, playground, something for everyone. Owner provides 5 beach chairs. Off street parking for 3 cars. Walking distance to several restaurants, bars, Mac's Pizza and Bud's Market. Everything you would need for a easy, relaxing vacation at the beach. 5 beach tags provided at the beginning of the summer not guaranteed
