Welcome to this fantastic house in Houston. Guests will find one cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a bright living room that includes a twin bed, perfect for extra guests or relaxing downtime. The bathroom features a refreshing shower and a handy hair dryer. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning throughout the space. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or simply enjoying some quiet moments, this enchanting home offers a tremendous retreat. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.
It is a House at the back side of the property. The front house is occupied. Please be respectful.

2. No smoking – Keep the space fresh and clean for all guests.
3. No pets - unless explicitly allowed
4. Respect quiet hours – Avoid loud noises between 11 pm and 7am to ensure neighbors' comfort.
5. Maximum occupancy – Limit the number of guests to no more than 4 to prevent overcrowding.
8. Keep the space clean – Guests should tidy up after themselves.
9. Report damages immediately
10. Lock doors and windows when leaving– Ensure security during the stay.
11. Follow local laws and regulations – Guests must comply with city ordinances.
12. Age limit for booking is 21. house and feel right at home. WIFI included.
