This home is ideally located for easy access to public transportation and major roads. The Journal Square PATH station is a short drive or bus ride away, connecting you to New York City in about 15 minutes. Several NJ Transit bus lines run along Palisade Avenue, providing direct routes to downtown Jersey City, Hoboken, and beyond.
For drivers, there is easy access to major highways including Route 139 and I 78. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available. Free street parking is generally available nearby. Please read posted signs carefully for local rules and alternate side regulations.
The neighborhood is very pedestrian friendly, with shops, cafés, parks, and restaurants all within a few blocks.

Free street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. We cannot guarantee a permanent spot. Please check street signs for street cleaning schedules to avoid tickets. Paid parking garages are nearby and independently operated.
Entry & Security
You will receive a secure private entry code for the duration of your stay. Please do not share this code with anyone outside your reservation. Exterior security cameras monitor the property 24 hours a day.

This property is strictly non smoking and drug free. Violations will result in a $1,000 penalty, immediate cancellation of the reservation, and no refund.
No Parties or Events
Parties, gatherings, or unregistered guests are not permitted. Violations will result in a $2,000 penalty, termination of the stay, and no refund.

Guests who check out after 11:00 AM will be subject to a $200 late departure fee.
Early check in before 4:00 PM will incur an additional fee.
