The 86m² semi-detached house is divided into two high-quality floors. In the upper area there are the two bedrooms and a bathroom. The large bathroom has a shower and bath.

One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other bedroom with two sliding single beds. In both bedrooms there are duvets in the comfort size 155cmx210cm, which are also suitable for allergy sufferers.

On the ground floor there is the living area with the fully equipped kitchen with stove, hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa set and a television. There is a washing machine in the utility room. You can really relax on the beautiful terrace, here you have a grill and a parasol.

The holiday home, in an idyllic location, offers every comfort you could wish for. Underfloor heating, large windows, comfort size for the bed linen, fireplace and a well-equipped large kitchen.

The Lieper Winkel invites you to take long walks, bike rides, golf, sail and feast in the nearby restaurants. Enjoy an unforgettable and versatile holiday on the sunniest island in Germany.

Wunderbare Tage auf Usedom

Hallo, wir haben 8 Tage in einer hervorragenden Unterkunft Usedom kennen lernen dürfen. Alle Wetter der Welt, vom schönsten Sonnenschein bis zur dichten Nebelwand haben wir erfahren. Usedom lädt zu Wanderung und Rundreisen ein. Das Haus "Am Jungfernberg" war optimal eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Als wir ankamen, war die Heizung allerdings zu hoch eingestellt und wir haben sie gedrosselt. Nachdem es in den Folgetagen erheblich kälter würde, konnten wir diese allerdings nicht mehr nach oben korrigieren. Gut, dass es den Kaminofen im Haus gab und wir uns neben dem vorhandenen Holz mit reichlich Brennmaterial ausgestattet hatten. Das war für abends unsere Rettung bei bis zu -12 Grad Celsius. Wir haben es genossen. Fazit: Fussbodenheizung ist top; sollte aber besser zu steuern sein.

Wohlgefühl

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verlebt. Die Ausstattung und Größe des Hauses entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Die Außenanlage ist groß, gepflegt und kinderfreundlich. Genau richtig für Menschen, die abseits der Seebäder Erholung, Ruhe und Natur suchen. In 20-30 Auto-Minuten erreicht man die Küste. Wenige Fußminuten entfernt fließt die schöne, wilde Peene. Für Spaziergänge, Wanderungen, Radtouren und Picknicks optimal. Ein schöner Dorfladen und der kleine Hafen mit Fischköstlichkeiten komplettieren alles.

Tolles Haus in gehobenem Standard im schönen, naturreichen Lieper Winkel.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in wunderschöner Lage. Sehr gute Ausstattung von Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Die Lage im Lieper Winkel ist ruhig, ab vom Schuss, trotzdem ist alles (Einkaufen, Ostsee, Gastronomie, Kultur) schnell zu erreichen. Kleine Badestellen können mit dem Fahrrad entdeckt werden. Die modernen Betten sind etwas weich, für "Hartlieger" gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Der Hund fühlte sich im Garten wohl und freundete sich gleich mit Nachbars Hund an. Ein kleines Problem mit der Technik wurde schnell und superfreundlich gelöst. Jederzeit wieder!
