We are excited to share our family holiday house with you! We fell in love with the beauty and charm of the Finger Lakes. We hope you feel similarly when you visit our adopted home. Although our modern lakeside retreat is ideal for adult getaways, we have two little ones ourselves, and have equipped our home with families in mind.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Leave dirty towels on floors. - No need to strip linens, but leave used beds unmade so cleaners know which beds were used. -Please clean dishes and put away (ok to run dishwasher when leaving).
- Dispose of trash in the black barrel outside and recycling in the blue barrel. Trash will be removed by our cleaning team after your stay.
- Turn off a/c heater (mini split) in each room. - Close/lock all windows and doors. - Please ensure front door is locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house is gorgeous, right on the lake, with spectacular sunsets. The check in was so easy. I was there with my wife and her sisters. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and all had spectacular views. We visited Seneca Falls and Ithaca, both very short distances from the house. My favorite was the Long Point Winery and Aurora Brewery, just a few minutes away.

This house is beautiful - the back half of the house is build over the lake. The house is decorated beautifully. The floor plan is open and the kitchen/living room area walls are all glass sliding doors. The bed rooms and bathrooms are beautiful. The kitchen has all the equipment that you need to cook and there is a bbq on the deck. There are some spices and things like oil and syrup but you’ll need to supply food and condiments. There are “toys” to use in the lake and also things like games and books to use in the house. There are also things for the kids like baby gates and little stools. The lake is beautiful and the sunset is amazing. Outside the front door there is a little waterfall on the rocks across the street which is really lovely. We had rain during our stay which made the waterfall more “lively”. We did not get to is the lake as it was too early in the season and we even got a little snow! The hosts, Jasper and Megan, were very friendly and answered our questions. They provide an informative book with rulesOf the house and things to do locally. They even provide a bottle of wine from a local winery! If you are arriving late in the day I would recommend bringing some food with you. There are two little general stores within a 10 minute drive but they are not big grocery stores. I would love to come back during the summer so I can experience all of the fun the lake has to offer
