Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 1-bedroom in-law suite at Lake Norman of Mooresville. It is perfect for catching sunset/sunrise skies, kayaking, swimming, fishing, boating, jet skiing, & watching wildlife. Wake up in the most relaxed and serene waterfront environment. Amazing big lake views all day around including beautiful sunsets and sunrises. It is 3-minutes to I-77, 5-9 minutes to Lowes Head Office/Davidson College/nearby retails, ~25 minutes to Charlotte. We follow Airbnb's 5 Steps Procedures to sanitize & disinfect for your peace of mind.

This in-law suite has a completely separate entrance. The hosts live in the main part of the house. Bring your own boat or rent one from the many marinas nearby! Enjoy waterfront living on the dock & a platform watching your companions doing all kinds of lake/beach activities (swimming/beaching/kayaking/fishing, ...). In addition to the entire 1-bed room, guests will have the full access to the lake facilities (private boat ramp and beach, water toys listed below, outdoor shower, dock and platform), fire pit, basketball hoop, and up to 4 parking spaces.

We provide a complimentary starter kit for your comfort, including bath/lake towels, extra sets of bed linens, hand soap, dish soap, trash can liners, and toilet paper.

The 1-bed room has a full bath (2-shower, 1 bath tub, and 2-sink), a fully loaded kitchen (stove, oven, micro-wave, and refrigerator), coffee making machine, and 2 large 4K HD smart TVs (in bedroom and living room).

Guests may need to share the backyard, dock and lake access with hosts but it will be very occasionally only.

Pets (up to 2 pets per stay) are welcome with prior approval. Non refundable pet fee of $150 is for one pet only. If you have 2nd pet, please pay the 2nd pet fee ($150) after your reservation and before passcode can be sent. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO PAY PET FEE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PET.

The thermostat (set at 70F) is at the main portion of the house. If you feel it is too hot or too cold, please feel free to let the host knows so the appropriate temperature can be adjusted for you. There are also portable fan and heater in the closet in case you need them.

There are plenty space to park your cars (up to 4 vehicles). Please park your cars near the basketball hoop and DO NOT block the garage doors-host needs to get in and get out.
