The area is very central and vibrant with buses traveling to NYC every 15 minutes or less. The bus stop is two blocks away. You can enjoy the NYC skyline by walking to Boulevard East, which overlooks the Hudson River and NYC.
There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.
Parking is included and it is gated.
