This home is dog-friendly, and pets must be included in your reservation and the fee paid. Please review the house rules related to pets prior to booking to ensure a great stay for everyone.

Rental Agreement Required
All guests are required to sign a standard rental agreement provided by Away by the Sea Vacation Rentals and Services prior to arrival. This agreement will be sent electronically and must be completed before check-in information is released.

Waterfront Property Notice
This is a waterfront home with a pool and dock. Guests acknowledge that use of the pool, dock, and water access is at their own risk, and children must be supervised at all times near water.
Important to Know

After booking, guests are required to complete a simple rental agreement through Away by the Sea. The agreement outlines house rules, property details, and local requirements to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

House Rules

• Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no parties or large gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

• Quiet time is 11pm to 9am — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers!

• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled for you quickly. Text is best!

• Furry friends are welcome on request! But please keep pets off the furniture so we can maintain a fresh, clean space for all guests.

• Backyard etiquette: Kindly clean up after your pet so the outdoor space stays enjoyable for everyone.

• Towel Care: Please do not use the white bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths to remove makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or clean up spills or messes. Black makeup towels are provided specifically for makeup removal. Damaged or permanently stained towels may result in replacement charges.

• Outdoor Towels & Lounge Chair Covers: If you use the outdoor towels or lounge chair covers during your stay, please wash and dry them before checkout rather than returning them to the storage box. This helps ensure they are clean and fully dry for the next guest.

• Grill Use: You’re welcome to enjoy the grill during your stay! Please leave it in the same condition you found it—cleaned and brushed after use. A $25 cleaning fee may be applied if additional cleaning is required.

• Starter kit provided with essential items for your arrival.

• Minimum age is 25 years old to book at this property.

• Dock Notice: If you`re bringing a boat, please note that the dock currently does not have running water, so you won`t be able to flush your outboard motor at the property.

TRASH & RECYCLING

Before checkout, please place all trash and recycling in the bins located underneath the stairs.

There is no need to take trash or recycling to the curb, as the owner handles trash pickup.
