Pet friendly my dog loved the backyard. The fire pit was amazing we caught fish as well and the neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Definitely highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay
This cabin was a great getaway with my family of 4. The sunsets are beautiful over the water and we did a fire pit, hang out on the hammocks just having good old school laughs together. The cabin was super clean and very comfortable.
So clean & comfortable! I started to relax the minute we turned down the driveway. The highlight was sitting around the fire pit with family, watching the stars and listening to the frogs and owls. Or maybe the highlight was napping on the porch swing! What a great getaway.
Tory is a great host and the house is lovely. We traveled as a couple and liked the work spaces in the other rooms. The fire pit and fireplace were our fave perks.
Our family of 7 had a great Labor Day weekend. The house was clean and well stocked. Property and grounds were as described in the listing. Living space was a little small for our group, but we spent most of our time on the lake and on the porch.
There is everything you need when you get to the cabin. The beds are SOOOooo comfortable and the downstairs king faces the lake. It is small, cozy, and quiet. There is a combo coffee pot/Keiurg so bring your favorite pods. The bathrooms are set up with showergel, shampoo ,and conditioner. Nice walk-in pantry. Outside corn-hole game, darts, and big porch swing..We went picking up bits and pieces offthe ground to make an art project picture of a cabin. Our faviorte time was playing the Smart-Ass game that was there. Made up are own rules and played trivia questions till midnight.Sweet cabin for six.
Went for a mini vacation. Very nice and peacful place. Spent most of our time on the lake fishing then at night watchig movies. The place had everything we needed for our trip.

From the owner: "Thank you for the review! We enjoyed hosting you guys!"
We had a wonderful week! The house/cabin is charming, clean, has a lot of space and amenities. Snickers, our Aussie doodle, loved the backyard (as did we!) She saw chipmunks and squirrels and was able to run free (supervised)! The dock was perfect for our boat and my husband caught a 30 lb. Catfish from there! We roasted marshmallows and made s’mores over the bonfire and relaxed!! The weather was perfect 70s in the day, 50s overnight. We definitely plan to go again — maybe next year! Sunsets are second to none.
The property was exactly as described and an absolute pleasurable stay!Communication was great, not a single issue. We were able to dock our 25’ I/O pleasure boat and a jet ski with no problems. Big part of the lake is a short ride for water sports but dock is well protected.

We had the best time staying at base camp! The property is beautiful! The views are gorgeous! The neighbors are absolutely amazing! There is so much to do on the lake! We will definitely be back!
This cozy cabin was perfect for our family of four. It was also nice to include our dogs! Tory made it easy to ask questions and receive answers promptly. Overall, we had a blast!
We loved our stay at the cabin. We were looking for a peaceful and relaxing week and that’s exactly what we got. The house was perfect. We loved the back porch facing the lake. We spent most of our time on the lake. The neighbors were so friendly. The owner was easy to reach and helpful. We would definitely come back again.
Everything was just as it was described.
Tory with EVOLVE was SUPER helpful! The customer service was 5 star. The house was perfect. We enjoyed it and plan on coming back soon!

The cabin is in good condition. We enjoyed the peaceful environment. Lake in the back, hammocks, kayak, fireplace. The only thing we advise is to reinforce the cleaning of the cabin. It needs a deep vacuum; carpets under the beds bring in allergies.
Cosy house had everything we needed for the weekend. Yard slopes to the lake. House and lakeside were easy for my 83 year old mom to access. House is very fresh and nicely decorated. Loved the little extras, like the outdoor games and fire pit. We took advantage of it all. Note that water in cove is deep enough for a boat, but it wasn’t very deep.
This lake house was very peaceful. Newly remodeled and comfortable beds. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were all very nice size. The outside deck had a beautiful view of the dock and sunset each night. We spent one night at the fire pit which was great! We also spent a night playing darts! We enjoyed our stay. Maddy at Lake Sinclair Marina was amazing if you need a boat rental. Our dogs enjoyed being with us, so we are thankful we were allowed the opportunity to bring our fur babies. Thank you for a delightful stay.
