We want your stay to be nothing short of amazing. To help you fully enjoy the outdoor amenities, we’re pleased to offer optional pool and spa heating for an additional fee.

Like most Arizona homes, the pool and spa share a single gas heating system, professionally managed through our Pentair pool system to ensure comfort, safety, and efficiency throughout your stay.

Pool & Spa Combo Heating — $100 per night, charged for entire stay

Enjoy both a comfortably heated pool and a relaxing spa experience:

Pool heated to a target temperature of 88°F, ideal for daytime swimming

Spa heated to a soothing 102°F, with a maximum of 104°F available upon request

Spa heating is scheduled between 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

When the pool is heated, the spa is often ready within 45 minutes, allowing for earlier enjoyment

Spa heating times are customizable upon request

After spa heating concludes, the system resumes maintaining the pool temperature as needed

🛁 Spa-Only Heating — $35 per day, charged for entire stay

Perfect if you prefer spa relaxation without heating the pool:

Spa heats to a soothing 102°F, with a maximum of 104°F available upon request

Scheduled from 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM, customizable upon request

When the pool is not heated, the spa typically reaches temperature in approximately 1.5 hours

During warmer months, heating time is often faster due to higher ambient temperatures, allowing for earlier enjoyment

During Scottsdale’s beautiful summer months, the pool typically maintains a comfortable temperature in the 80s without additional heating, depending on weather conditions such as sunlight and air temperature.

🕒 Advance Notice & Important Details

Please notify us of your heating preference at least 48 hours in advance

If needed, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to arrival is required

Once payment is received, pool and/or spa heating is activated and is non-refundable
