Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure to check out on time. We need to have our cleaners clean the unit on time for
the next guest to check-in. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out please request it in advance
Unless approved, any guest who is still in the residence 20 minutes past your checkout, will be charged an extra
A late checkout charge of $50 or a night's stay will be at the management's discretion.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
