Watch dolphins arc through the water and manatees drift past your backyard - this four-bedroom, two-bath canal-front home sits in the heart of Cocoa Beach, four blocks from the beach, with a private pool, a dock, and enough gear to keep everyone busy from sunrise to sunset.

 

Living space

Step inside to an open, light-filled living area with comfortable seating for the whole group. A dedicated workspace and ceiling fans keep things comfortable year-round, and the single-level layout means easy movement throughout the home - no stairs to navigate.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, wine glasses, and a full set of cooking basics. Pull up a seat at the dining table or the breakfast bar - both work equally well for a laid-back meal together.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms sleep up to eight guests, each set up with cozy linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage for longer stays. The washer and dryer are on-site for added convenience.

 

Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products - everything you need to settle in comfortably.

 

Outdoor living

This is where the home earns its name. Lounge by the heated private pool, grill on the BBQ, or cast a line from the private dock on the canal. Kayaks and paddleboards are ready to go for a morning cruise through the waterways. When the beach calls, load up the included beach cart with chairs, boogie boards, and toys - the sand is just four blocks away. A hammock, outdoor furniture, and a backyard round out the space for easy outdoor living.

 

Beach essentials & extras

The home comes stocked with beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, snorkeling gear, and bikes - so you can head out without packing a thing. A pack-n-play travel crib is available for families with little ones.

 

Location

Manatee Cove sits in a relaxed, beachy pocket of Cocoa Beach, minutes from the shoreline, Ron Jon Surf Shop, and Port Canaveral's dining, cruises, and nightlife. A short ride brings you to downtown Cocoa Beach - local restaurants, beach bars, coffee shops, and boutiques all within easy reach. The Cocoa Beach Pier and Kennedy Space Center rocket launches are practically on your doorstep.

 

Practical details

Free on-site and street parking, self check-in with a smart lock, and a private entrance make arrival simple. Long-term stays are welcome.

Getting around is easy with Uber and Lyft available, plus most attractions are just a short drive away. Guests can walk or bike to the beach and local shops, while parking is simple for those bringing a car. Whether you’re exploring Cocoa Beach or heading to the Port, everything is close and convenient.
