Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good the only thing I would say is it may need to be sprayed for pest but I do understand it’s a wood cabin and where in the mountains but it was a few insects, bees, wasps, and spiders that we saw in the cabin but over all great I would refer or tell all my friends to come and take a trip at Gatlinburg Elk Springs resort thanks for the great experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was pretty great besides the fact that there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper and we had to go buy some. The hot tub was great, the location was great. The beds were not very comfortable either though.

We stayed for 4 nights which was about the perfect duration for our trip.The cabin close to downtown Gatlinburg so getting in and out is very easy. The layout is unique and comfortable for a couple or a small family. The kitchen allows for actual cooking and the downstairs living area is great for lounging on a rainy day. The loft bedroom is also very comfortable and romantic with the adjoining large Jacuzzi-style bathtub.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this cabin if you are a couple looking to get away for a few days!

Feels like your in the woods but your not

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the romance and it was the perfect location. It’s about 1 mile to everything and right outside the National Park. We saw bears everyday either in the area of the house , while driving or in the park. The area is peaceful but close to everything. The house was clean. If you bring pets keep on a leash at all times, pick your dogs poop up, follow the rules for the hot tub and locks for deck and doors. The bears are afraid of you and ran away when they saw us or the dogs.
