Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

One of the first things we noticed was how spacious it was, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and not feel crowded. That can be hard to find with a large group, but this cabin handled it beautifully.The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook meals at home instead of eating out for every meal. We had everything we needed, and the layout made it easy for several people to be in the kitchen at once without getting in each other’s way. The dining and living areas were also large enough for everyone to gather together comfortably.The game room was a huge hit with both the kids and adults. It gave everyone something fun to do in the evenings and during downtime, and it really added to the overall experience. Another favorite feature was the hot tub, it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day and just enjoy the peaceful surroundings.We also loved spending time on the porch. The rocking chairs were a simple but wonderful touch, and it was so relaxing to sit outside, enjoy the fresh mountain air, and take in the quiet.Overall, this cabin was exactly what we were hoping for: clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and spacious enough for a large group to feel at home. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing weekend in Gatlinburg, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: location was good, very accessible and beautiful but the cabin from inside was not upto the expectations. the soap bars where inside the hand wash basin, there was no vaccum cleaner, no iron, no toys at all for kids. The door lock was also difficult to operate.
