The open living space centers around a plush white wraparound couch and smart TV, with sliding doors leading to a balcony that feels like an extension of the room—complete with a gas grill, cozy seating, and breathtaking lagoon views. The kitchen is both beautiful and functional, featuring a farmhouse sink, counter seating for six, and a walk-in butler’s pantry that makes hosting easy. Gather around the dining table for eight after a day on the water, then head outside to discover the true showstopper: a resort-style pool perfectly sandwiched between the home and the lagoon, surrounded by ample seating. As evening falls, rinse off in the outdoor shower, light the gas fire pit, turn on the outdoor TV, and unwind under the stars.

This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a living room sleeper sofa.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes queen-over-queen bunk beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Living Room includes a queen size pull out sofa bed.



This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

- Driveway parking or 4 vehicles available.

- The pool can be heated at $50/day, subject to availability. Please inquire before booking.

- This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located under the home and actively monitoring the pool area.
