Domstolat is a historic country house on the Bobr River in the picturesque village of Janowice Wielkie, close to Rudawy Park and the Giant Mountains.
The perfect base for outdoor adventures.

Domstolat offers two complete holiday homes under one roof.
Domstolat A and Domstolat B each have their own private entrance.
A and B can be connected internally to create one large holiday home (Domstolat C).

This holiday home, Domstolat C (5032244), features a large open space that can be used for various activities, such as a yoga class. This indoor play area with mini billiards and table football is ideal for families with children. There are also plenty of children's toys available.

Domstolat C has a beautiful large garden with garden furniture, a trampoline, hammocks, a barbecue, and a fire pit. The barn is a play paradise with a sandbox, swings, slide, and table tennis.

The friendly local manager, Pawel, also speaks excellent German and English and is always helpful.

“We spent a week at Domstolat with our friends. The house is huge and lovingly furnished, with plenty of space for spending time together and also allowing us to easily escape each other's company. We lacked nothing, and the friendly property manager took care of every problem and checked in daily on our well-being. The area is great for hiking, which we took full advantage of, and we enjoyed cozy evenings together by the fireplace. Thank you for everything, we'd love to come back.”

Het huis is ons erg goed bevallen, grote slaapkamers, ruimte rond de woning. De kinderen hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van de speelruimte boven en in de schuur. Tevens is in de omgeving erg veel te zien en te beleven.We hebben genoten van het gebied.

Wunderbar großzügiges Doppelhaus, vielfältige Aufenthaltsräume und - ecken zusätzlich zu den vielen Schlafzimmern, aalles funktionell , aber auch individuelll eingerichtet.2 reichlich ausgestattete Küchen, sehr großes gepflegtes Freigelände mit allem, was man als Großfamilie braucht. Die Spielscheune ist toll. Lage am Ortsrand ruhig und idyllisch. Kontaktperson Pawel spricht fließend deutsch, ist hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. In der Umgebung vom Haus aus oder mit kurzer Anfahrt gute Wandermöglichkeiten. Wir hattten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Riesengroßes Haus, ideal für unsere Großfamilie. Sogar einen Spielplatz in der Scheune gibt's neben Tischtennis und Dart. Das große Trampolin war der Favorit unserer Enkel. Die historischen Einrichtungsgegenstände und Möbel werden mit moderner Ausstattung kombiniert. Auch Geschirr und alles Zubehör ist sehr reichlich vorrätig. Immer wieder gern!

Alles war rund um perfekt. Der Check-In und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief reibungslos und sehr nett. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Vor allem die Spielscheune und das Trampolin im Garten haben unserer Tochter super gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Wir haben eine Woche in dem großzügigen, sehr gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Haus verbracht. Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen, vier Kindern und 3 Hunden dort und mieteten beide Haushälften. Gebraucht haben wir aber schließlich nur eine, das hat uns auch Heizkosten gespart. Vom Haus kann man direkt einige Wanderungen starten, aber auch mit dem Auto sind viele Parkplätze für schöne Wanderungen in etwa 6-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt wirklich gut gefallen und wir kommen sicher noch einmal wieder.

Der perfekte Ort für Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir waren mit unseren Freunden eine Woche in Domstolat. Das Haus ist riesengroß und liebevoll eingerichtet, man hat viel Platz für gemeinsame Stunden und kann sich dort auch genau so gut aus dem Weg gehen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die nette Hausverwaltung hat sich um jedes Problem gekümmert und sich auch täglich nach unserem Befinden erkundigt. Die Gegend ist super zum wandern, was wir ausgiebig genutzt haben und abends haben wir gemütlich am Kamin zusammen gesessen. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine Reise in die Vergangenheit und Gegenwart zugleich

Domstolat gliedert sich in zwei Hausteile: Alt (die Ursprünglichkeit rekonstruiert und trotzdem weitestgehend belassen) und Neu (moderne Aufenthaltsräume mit Kaminofen). Die Teile können separat oder zusammen gebucht werden. Wir entschieden uns für die letztere Variante und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Mit 12 Personen hatten wir Platz im Überfluss. Die Zimmer sind individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel, die Bäder ebenfalls. In den Aufenthaltsräumen gab es genügend Platz für gesellige Runden. Auch der Außenbereich bietet viel Abwechslung zum Spielen und Entspannen. Ein Lagerfeuerplatz steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis sehr gut, auch wenn sich der Heizölpreis um 50 Cent auf 1,5€ je Liter aufgrund der Energiekrise kurzfristig erhöht hat. Herr Nowak, der Verwalter, gab uns wertvolle Tipps für das Haus (Heizung) und für den Ort sowie für die Umgebung (Gaststätten, Bäcker, Supermarkt). Er hatte einen großen Anteil daran, dass wir uns schnell heimisch fühlten. Fazit: Wer es naturverbunden und etwas nostalgisch romantisch liebt, der ist in Domstolat bestens aufgehoben.

Das Haus, der Garten und die Umgebung sind einfach wunderschön. Perfekt für Groß und Klein.

Es ist wirklich Urlaub ! Ein großes Haus mit allem was man braucht, um sich zu erholen. Traumhafte Umgebung. Nicht zu vergessen ist Pawel, der uns in Empfang genommen hat, uns den Ort gezeigt hat, immer vorbei geschaut hat, um zu fragen, ob uns etwas fehlt oder er uns behilflich sein kann. Sehr sehr nett! Großzügiges Haus in naturnaher Umgebung

Wir hatten im Domstolat mit unserer Familie eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Das gut restaurierte Haus mit seinen vielen Zimmern bot mehr als genug Platz zum Verweilen, ebenso der große und gepflegte Garten und für Rat und Fragen stand der nette Hausverwalter täglich bereit. Die Umgebung bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, die wir gar nicht alle in einer Woche geschafft haben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder her kommen!

Top Haus mit viel Platz und großem Garten

Wunderbar eingerichtetes Haus mit vielen antiken Möbeln, Unmenge Platz, Spielgeräte und Spiele für große und kleine Leute, ein riesiger Garten, herlich ruhige Lage auf dem Lande, mit sehr schöner Umgebung. Das Riesengebirge ist nicht weit und bestens restaurierte Schlösser im Hirschberger Tal sind zu entdecken. Rundherum alles bestens!

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub

Das herrschaftliche Anwesen bietet viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Paradies für die ganze Familie

Die perfekte Unterkunft für die ganze Großfamilie! Das Haus "Domstolat" bietet viel Platz und vor allem viel Abwechslung für alle Altersklassen. Tischtennis, Billiardtisch, Indoorspielplatz in der Scheune, ein riesiges Spielzimmer, Lagerfeuerstelle etc. Das Haus ist sauber und die Ausstattung geht weit über den normalen Ferienhausstandard hinaus. Für Fragen und Hilfe in allen Lebenslagen steht der Betreuer vor Ort immer bereit. Der Ort ist eine gute Basis um das Hirschber Tal zu erkunden und auch Breslau ist bequem mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Wir kommen gern wieder!
