Your Villa:
All villas are individually owned, so you will never get two exactly alike. While bed types, televisions, and furniture vary by villa, all villas come with a starter supply of dish soap, bath soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. All linens and towels are included and placed throughout the villa. In addition, all villas are equipped with an alarm clock, hairdryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, electric hand mixer, wine opener, can opener, cookware, ovenware, dinnerware, flatware, drinkware, wine glasses, fire extinguisher, cable TV, high-speed internet, DVD/DVR, and access to 24/7 security and emergency maintenance.

The Resort:
Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort offers over 50 acres of fun, relaxation, and great food. The resort is home to the largest oceanfront swimming pool on Hilton Head, complete with a kiddie pool nearby. A second, quieter swimming pool is located on the south side of the resort. The resort offers direct beach access via four boardwalks, and beach chair and umbrella rentals are available just off the end of the boardwalk.

Activities:
Seasonally, the resort offers daily activities such as magic shows by Gary Maurer, coastal wildlife and environmental programs hosted by the Coastal Discovery Museum, Monday night dive-in movies at the main pool, poolside dance parties, a giant waterslide, and the ever-popular hair braiding. Additional amenities include a playground, catch-and-release fishing, bike rentals, beach volleyball, walking trails, eight tennis courts, six pickleball courts, an on-site tennis pro for lessons, a fitness center, cornhole, basketball, racquetball, and opportunities for wildlife viewing.

Food and Beverage:
The resort offers several dining options to satisfy every craving. Inside the Convention Center, Coconutz Sports Bar features a full dinner menu, a bar, and its award-winning wings, three years running. Gatorz Pizza, open seasonally, is located just down the hall from Coconutz. Outside the rear entrance is the deck bar and outdoor dining area. For frozen drinks and beach views, visit Jamaica Joe’z Beach Bar at the North End boardwalk, offering a full lunch menu and bar. Just steps away is Jamaica Monz Ice Cream Hut, serving soft-serve ice cream, snow cones, and frozen novelties.

Event Space:
