Check-in was smooth, and the property was exactly as described. Basic supplies were well-chosen! I especially appreciated the vegetable oil, salt, and pepper along with a few common seasonings. Those of us who cook to save travel money really benefit from those few thoughtful supplies! There were also a few pots and pans, a colander, mixing bowl, grater, and all the other fundamental things you need to do simple cooking. Property was very clean. It is in a working class area, but felt quite safe and was quiet. I do recommend bringing ear plugs at night if you are sensitive to noise as there can sometimes be a little traffic noise, but it did not bother us. (It's occasional and not overwhelming at all.) I thought it was well-organized and instructions were clear--overall, very good value. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
This little apartment was perfect! We had a short stay but it was clean and convenient to UT😊
Highly recommend this little piece of paradise! Clean, quiet and convenient to lots of things but away from the hustle and bustle! Thanks for the memories!!

So glad it was what you needed! We'd love to have you back anytime! Thanks!
This was a good location for us, close to downtown and affordable! A short drive to restaurants and campus. It is a neighborhood that is up and coming, but we never felt unsafe. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed!

We don’t advertise in our listing that there are TV’s in the bedrooms. I hope you hadn’t been too disappointed by it. Thanks for staying with us, Carrie!
The accommodation was nicely decorated and the kitchen well equipped. The neighborhood seemed safe, and we especially enjoyed the view from our window, a small patch of urban agriculture.

This was my second stay at this property. I booked this for my brother and I for a weekend visiting friends. It’s convenient to downtown and to the mountain bike trails. All of the amenities are in good working order and I was surprised how quiet it was.
Nice restored apartment in a home in older area of Knoxville. Parking was great. Home next door had chickens (no rooster) we liked to watch. Clean and convenient to downtown.

Thanks for staying with us, Alisa! I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay! :)
The place was extremely clean and beds were comfortable. It was perfect for a weekend getaway! When we first arrived we were a little worried about location, seemed far away, but in reality it was closer than we thought. Everything was about a 10 minute drive, but if you prefer walking, which I do, it was too far for that. Would definitely stay here again. Property management was extremely easy to communicate with.

It was great to host you! Thank you for staying with us!!!
Check out time was listed as 11:00 but was actually 10:00. Location was a little more rural than we anticipated. Unit was very clean, very well decorated, and very comfortable. We recommend and would stay again
What a great place. They have done wonderfully with everything. I would just recommend bringing your own water because fridge does not have a filter. Beautifully done; way better than staying at a hotel. =)

Close to the University, very nicely appointed - secure, and plenty of room. Would stay here again without any concerns. Loved it.
**Could use a new showerhead - but current one works fine

Quiet neighborhood. Quiet neighbors in the building. Tastefully decorated. Unit well supplied. Building in close proximity to UT campus, to interstates, to Sevier, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Smoky Mountains.

The place was perfect for my college girl to stay between move out from one apartment and move in to another. The place had a bit of a smell, but was clean and neat and well stocked with essentials. Really liked the two doors, each with their own entry code...my daughter felt safe which is the most important. Would definitely consider booking there again.

Thank you, Valerie! I am glad to hear that you guys were pleased with the stay!
This property was beautiful. I loved everything about the apartment. There was plenty of cookware and utensils to cook if you wanted to eat in. Everything was spotless! Best part about it is you’re 3 miles away from downtown Knoxville and only about 15-20 min to each side of Knoxville. The managers were great at communicating and even had a house manual with places and things to do in Knoxville. Overall I would definitely stay there again.
