About this property
Hôtel à la maison - Eden Roc
CITQ: 322670 (Expiration: 2026-11-26)
Perched up high, Chalet Eden Roc blends exotic influences with the unmistakable spirit of Charlevoix.
A sweeping view of the river, warm wood everywhere, built-in furniture, an intimate thermal circuit, and three King bedrooms: a rare place designed for a memorable stay with friends or family.
Welcome to Eden Roc.
As soon as you step inside, an open-concept space unfolds, where every detail finds its place: wood accents, custom built-ins that add character, subtle exotic touches… and that light pouring through large windows from morning to night.
The fully equipped kitchen is centered around a large island — the natural gathering point of the stay.
It’s the perfect spot to cook or simply enjoy a quiet morning coffee.
The dining room embraces the landscape, offering a full-frame view of the river, the mountains, and the Baie de Saint-Irénée, ranked among the most beautiful in the world.
The living room, with its long sectional sofa and TV, is where you unwind, chat, linger… and let the view surprise you again and again.
The wood-burning stove adds just the right amount of warmth to end the day peacefully.
A little further on, the chalet reveals its rare signature: an intimate thermal circuit featuring a rain shower, a sauna, and direct access to the outdoor spa.
A ritual you’ll adopt from the very first evening — and one you’ll want to repeat.
A powder room and the laundry area complete this floor.
Upstairs, the atmosphere becomes soft and refined.
Three bedrooms, three King beds, and a sense of detail that immediately stands out: custom-designed furnishings, natural materials, and perfectly balanced exotic touches.
The primary bedroom feels like a private suite: a suspended terrace, a bathtub integrated right into the room, double sinks, a closed toilet, a shower… and an incredible view of the Baie de Saint-Irénée.
The two other bedrooms, the luggage area, and a bathroom with a shower complete an upper level designed for simplicity, coherence, and beauty.
Each bedroom is equipped with a TV.
Outside, the U-shaped terrace almost completely wraps around the chalet.
Spacious, bright, and oriented toward the river, it becomes a true extension of the indoor living areas. You can move freely from one space to another: spa, loungers, relaxation area, dining area and BBQ (in season).
Right beside the terrace, a fire pit nestled against the cliff creates a spectacular setting.
Evenings take on a different rhythm — soft, peaceful, sheltered.
Parking comfortably accommodates three to four vehicles.
