Modern apartment (62 m²) with a loggia and a balcony

This bright and modern non-smoking apartment offers 62 square metres of space for up to 3 people. The kitchen opens onto the living/dining room and is fully equipped with a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a toaster, dishes, silverware, and glasses. From the kitchen, you can step out onto the covered loggia, which offers a fantastic view of the Danube. The living and dining area is very bright thanks to a large, floor-to-ceiling window and features a comfortable sofa—which converts into a bed (160 x 200 cm)—cable TV, free internet access, and a stereo system. The dining area is located directly by the glass front, overlooking the Danube. The bathroom, which receives natural light through an integrated window, is equipped with a walk-in, wheelchair-accessible shower, a toilet, and a washing machine. The bedroom features a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) with two separate mattresses and two comfort duvets, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. It also includes a spacious closet, iron, ironing board, safe, and a balcony overlooking the landscaped courtyard (west side) with two lounge chairs. A deposit of approximately 25% is due upon booking. Please pay the remaining balance upon arrival in cash or via advance bank transfer. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit or debit cards. Check-in is from 3:00 PM or by arrangement. Check-out is by 10:30 AM. However, you may store your luggage with us until your final departure. On-site underground parking space: EUR 8.00 per day. Bicycle rental (2 city bikes) is free of charge. Of course, we offer discounts for longer stays (weeks or months). Please give us a call. We reserve the right to require a security deposit.
