Hello Irene Thank you for Choosing The Palms. We hope you had a wonderful stay. We recently converted from Long term rentals to short term rentals and we appreciate your feed back. We will continue striving to give our guests a great experience. I’m sorry we never met in person. We treasure our guests privacy. However, I would be happy to meet you next time.
