Based on the description we thought we purchased a two-bedroom villa with a parlor in the middle. Not even close. We purchased two individual units that, when we checked in, we're in two separate buildings. What's even more frustrating is that we tried to cancel one of the rooms due to an unfortunate situation. I was told we couldn't because it was a two-bedroom unit. The resort does not have two bedroom units. There is no AC. One 2x2 window opened; however, there was zero air flow. There is no place on property for breakfast but you can cook your own...if you want to heat up your room in the middle of summer. The shuttle service into town, is perfect except when the resort is sold out. There are MULTIPLE buildings and they tell you what time the shuttle departs.....which is at the same time at each locations within the resort. That isn't possible when running ONE SHUTTLE. If the shuttle is full then you have two options...drive yourself and pay 30-40 to park or wait 30 minutes for a taxi/Uber and pay 45 one way. We learned some lessons.
