8 blocks south of Lake Hefner and the-15 mile walking/ running path around the lake. The neighborhood is quiet. There are areas without sidewalks on your walk around the neighborhood. If you have time for a leisurely stroll or simply like to start off your day with a nice run, this is a great spot for you!

Entry access is from the front door in front of the driveway. Will be able to access the entire property. The garage is accessible once you check-in.

Each of our four spacious bedrooms is designed for ultimate comfort, featuring timeless furnishings and luxurious details. Three bedrooms offer king-sized beds with premium Purple mattresses, and another includes two full-sized memory foam beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. All beds are dressed in heavenly pima cotton sheets, ensuring a restful night’s sleep in this single-level Oklahoma City home. The two king suite bedrooms both offer desks and sitting areas.

The three full bathrooms are perfect for freshening up after a day outside. The hallway bathroom is located near the front entrance between a king bedroom and the two full bedroom. The other two full bathrooms are connected to the other full suite bedrooms on each side of the house . Each bathroom is equipped with premium Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with a hairdryer, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own.

The other spacious kitchen hidden behind a bookshelf separating the two living areas is equipped with stainless steel appliances with seating at the island for 3.

The stylish living room features a comfy sofa, a large 55 inch smart Roku HDTV with premium internet, and a variety of books, making it the perfect room to gather with your group and enjoy some quality time together. You can also enjoy high-speed 1,000 Mbps wifi, making it easy to plan your next adventure or get some work done during your stay.

The fun gameroom is jointly connected to the living room. Enjoy the game on the 50-inch smart Roku HDTV while playing some shuffleboard or cards. The kids have several cowboy games and books to keep them entertained as well. You can also dine at the table that seats four, if you have extra guests for overflow.

Noise: Decibel noise monitors are installed on the premises, but do not record conversations.

Consumable Amenities: Initial supplies of amenities like toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.

Amenities: We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are in working order. If an amenity fails mechanically and cannot be used during your stay, we will refund $15 for every 24 hours the amenity is unusable, provided we are properly notified. No refunds are issued for improper use by guests.

Internet Service: Wireless internet is provided as a courtesy. Service can sometimes be erratic. We are not responsible for internet issues or provide technical support, and no refunds are issued for internet service problems.
