Access to the lake is just 250 metres away, offering you numerous recreational and leisure activities such as swimming, fishing, rowing, boat trips, and surfing. In addition, the rolling countryside and nearby mountains are perfect for activities such as hiking, Nordic walking, jogging, mountain biking, or mountaineering. For winter holidaymakers, the surrounding area offers various winter sports such as cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, or tobogganing (distance to the nearest ski lift is about 25 kilometres).

Inside, the house features a modern and bright interior with vinyl flooring in the living and sleeping areas, as well as a cosy sofa nook in the living room, which also has a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, raclette grill, egg cooker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, along with a comprehensive selection of kitchen utensils. The large dining table provides plenty of space for shared meals.

There are three separate bedrooms: two of them are furnished with large double beds (over 180 cm wide) and the third with two single beds. A cot and a high chair are also available. Additionally, the bedrooms feature blackout curtains and fly screens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

There are two modern bathrooms in the house, each with a shower (one of which is a shower/tub combination), sink, toilet, and bidet. A hair dryer, mirror, and storage space round out the bathroom amenities. Practical needs are also taken care of: a washing machine for your use, a clothes rack, an ironing board, an iron, and a vacuum cleaner are available.
